I see a lot of past Subaru owners. Probably not a coincidence that the other car I was looking at was the Subaru Outback. But that CVT was ummm... great gas mileage though.

2013 GLK350
Stange Path
Went from a 2007 M500 to a 2010 Xterra. Missed the luxury. Now have the 2010 GLK. Since experiencing major issues with Nav + 4 & UMI in the GLK, kinda wish I stayed the M.

2013 GLK350 4matic
Replaced 2010 ML350 4matic
(I initially wanted a 2010 GLK350 at the tail end of 2009, but dealer offered me a ML350 on same terms. It was great for the family, but a bore to drive!)

2002 Jeep Liberty. No major problems with it, basically bullet-proof and unstoppable in winter. I've always liked small SUVs. I like the sharper lines of the GLK compared to the alternatives like Audi Q5 and Lexus. I drove both the 350 and 250 and the diesel matches my driving style just fine.

2015 E63S AMG & 2013 GLK350
2013 GLK350 replaced a 2005 ML500 which replaced a 1999 ML430 which replaced a 1994 C280. Still miss my ML's, I guess a spending over a decade in one type/size vehicle will do that.

From what I recall of watching all the comparison/demos, the CRV is 100% FWD until it detects slippage, then will direct some power to the rears. Even then I think the torque split was limited.
Full-time AWD on the GLK should certainly be better.

2005 Subaru Legacy GT. I do miss the tight suspension of that sporty car, but wanted an auomatic transmission and something a bit more refined. Originally I was looking at getting a CPO C350, but after six months and not seeing a single one for sale within a 200 mile radius, I noticed the GLK and ended up liking it.
