LED rear lights & tilt passenger mirror

LED rear lights & tilt passenger mirror
Seen some confusion on this so,
my GLK, 2010 with bi-xenon has LED red turn indicators.
wifes uncles' GLK, 2009 without bi-xenon, plain bulb orange indicators.
Neither have the tilting passenger mirror when reverse is selected and we have both tried all the tricks mentioned in this forum.
Both are Canada cars and not US imports.
Neither have the premium pacakge (memory seats, power tailgate etc..)
Anyone have different?

I have a 2010 GLK with Premium Package and the passenger mirror tilts (once programmed) in reverse.
A friend bought his without the Premium package and his doesn't tilt. He called the sales guy who went digging for answer and was told the mirror only tilts if you get the premium package.

To my knowledge from reading this forum for the past year:
LEDs come with bi-xenon package in US and Cananda
Tilt function comes with premium package in Canada, US doesn't get tilt function.
