GLK as Airport Security Vehicle
This picture was taken at the Frankfurt (Germany) airport right after 2 US Soldiers have been killed and 2 others seriously injured.
(The killed bus driver is still inside the bus)
My concern was more the picture and not the discussion about cars.
In my eyes, using this pictures where the killed US Service Members are still in the bus is not good taste. The OP could have used another picture of the "airport security" GLK or should have just written about it.
If you not aware. This was a terrorist attack, which happened yesterday.
I would have preferred it like this:

I've been overseas recently and GLK's are everywhere... big seller. Even cabbies, service vehicles, police cars, you name it, the GLK is a work horse for sure!

What I do see, are discussions related to cars, with pictures zoomed on vehicles - or with "neutral" surroundings e.g. on shows, in the nature etc. In newspapers do I see service vehicles as a part of an accident or incident, being the object - not the subject.

Airport Security is still Airport Security in English or German when I run it through "Google Translate"
More and more English terms find their way into the German daily language....and the Frankfurt airport is an international location. I assume more people at the airport understand airport security than Flughafen Sicherheit. Btw. the airport security is not the federal or state police of Germany, it's a contractor, a private security firm. It is part of "Fraport AG" , the company which manages/operates the airport
