Mystery button.
On the dash just above the radio on/off/vol knob there is a small black button with a triangle on it, NOT the 4 ways, that doesn't seem to do anything and is not explained in the dash board section of the manual. What is it for?

Such gratitude? ![Confused](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

Look, you asked a very stupid question (maybe that's the real reason why you're so angry... and yes you were also mistaken, the answer was in your owners manual all along) and even so, we were kind enough to answer it for you. But if you intend to continue your stay here, to have a friendly relationship with us fellow GLK owners, (who do from time to time allow each other to poke a little fun at one another) I would strongly recommend you take a deep breath and calm down otherwise you need not ask us any more questions. If you have nothing but foul language to contribute to this forum, you won't last here very long.... that I can guarantee.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
PS: Yes I may be well off, but I'm no kid at 57 years of age... a simple
would have went a long way, but you decided to blow it instead! Bye bye...

Have a nice day.
Apparently neither of you has ever heard the adage "The only dumb question is the one not asked." Take heed. I got my answer and that's all that was needed, not childish extraneous comments.

Sorry I know this is a dead issue but I can't help but interject my thoughts based on the way this conversation played out. I'm fairly sure that if the answer provided had no additional editorializing (planet from...) then this would have been a quick Q and A...
