looks good, I had one as a loaner once, not a bad little vehicle....
you may want to get the AMG badge off however, to avoid future
pointing and laughing.....

enjoy!

Nice ride & welcome.

Your car has AMG package and i think it SHOULD have AMG badge as it is.

About Pirelli Tires, I honestly think they are better than DUNLOP tires came with GLKs.

Enjoy!

While I generally agree & understand what that other poster was implying with his strict adherence to badging: factory tuned cars such as BMW's M Gmbh or Mercedes AMG Gmbh should be said labeled because there has been inherent modification done on the chassis, engine or ECU but in this case the GLK only has wheels, bumpers, & lights added which really does nothing to performance nor is a high performance derivative.

However, with either of those factory tuner, accessories & trimming are included in their portfolio of work & packaging - they are listed in both cases as part of the work that is offered: BMW's Individual Program & AMG Customization.

Therefore, I didn't like his arrogant tone & so being a big believer that if you can afford to be rediculed or laughed at, then you can afford the freedom to do what ever you'd like to your car!
Not many of us have that luxury...so more power to you!

I really appreciate what you said. I didn't like his tone either and the way he approached me but I do respect it either way. Thank you again and I do wish you all the best from the buttom of my heart.

sorry if I was harsh, didn't mean any disrespect, and I do realize some dealers badge them like that, and it's fine.....
but I have become a believer in my short, limited usage of Mercedes Benz,
that amg is all about engine and speed, not cosmetics....
but again, I am very inexperienced thus far, and my opinion means little,
was just surfing the boards you know?

keep on rockin'

Welcome very nice indeed! However I happen to agree with the AMG badge. The average person won't know what it means, but to those who do, they will instantly know that it is NOT an AMG but a simple add on cladding and wheel package along with some bogus badging. Huge, powerful engines, massive rotors and 6 piston calipers, reworked and tuned suspension components, transmission flashing, improved seating and upholstery is what does.

I'm actually offended that Mercedes is flaunting this epic tuner to their advantage. It cheapens the real thing.
