I asked the same question. In the US, MB says the extras are:
Footwell lights. Included on both of our Volvos. No loss.
Rear seat reading lights. Ditto for Volvo.
Door handle lights. It took me months to figure these out. Mudt be dark outside. Turn the dash lights up full. Place your fingers in the cavity behind the door handle. See the light? Look at the passenger door handle. See the reflcetion in the chrome?
Now hold your hand under the passenger end of the rear view mirror. See the light? Everybody gets that one.

No light under the dash when door is open ?
No front and rear seat reading lights ? just one big light ?
No red light on the lower part of the door inside panel ?
Door handle lights = light behind the door opening latch ? I don't see any light behind the long chrome handle ...
Rear view mirror light = that little orange light ?

Can't speak for the Great White Frozen Northland nor can I speak for MB-Tex equipped GLKs.
According to MBUSA & confirmed by sight in our GLK with leather seating the EXTRA lights are as follow...
Footwell/under dash lights front L&R.
Rear overhead reading lamps on the center line of the roof aimed at the L&R outboard seats.
Invisible lights on the upper side of the finger cavity of the front interior door handles.
All other lights should be common to both trim levels.
The red lights on the inboard lower edge of all 4 doors is common to both interior trim levels.
No clue what the light on the lower passenger end of the rearview mirror is doing. I found it by accident when reaching for the garage door button.
GLARING OMMISION: I would trade the invisible, uesless interior lights on the door handles & mirror for proper apprach lights on the lower side of both exterior mirrors controlled by a dedicated approach light switch on remote control. Our 2004 Volvo has lights on the mirrors. They do an excellent job of illuminating the doors. The approach lighting switch on the remote control turns on all of the parking lights, the outside mirror lights (a.k.a. "puddle" lights in the current vernacular-stupid name) and all interior lights. Alas, M-B can't do it.

I just had a chance to use a C350 loaner for 3 weeks and one thing I liked is the reading lights on the rear seats. I took a picture and rough dimensions of it as it looks exactly the GLK's rear lights without the extra buttons and bulbs and to my surprise when I got my GLK back the size is exactly the same. If I am right this can be a good DYI to everyone who wants dedicated reading light on the GLK without the int. light package

I got hit from behind by a driver who is not paying attention and doesn't know how to drive in snow. The AMG bumper needs to be ordered from Germany and some other things that got smashed and I think some are also back ordered so that is why it took that long. Actually it was a really nice experience with the C350. The wife loves the C350 so much that she keeps on telling me how she likes that car (which she doesn't really do when it comes to cars....maybe giving a hint that I need to buy her one LOL!) That's a good ploy of MB to promote their other cars IMHO and it works. Now everytime I see a C-class I pay attention to it like when I am planning to buy car.

Those Rascals! Shame on them. The loaner fleet I saw a couple weeks ago were C250 & C300. I don't think Mrs. Wayne would approve. She likes sitting up high. I'm safe.

maybe I was just lucky when I got the loaner car. Usually I only get a C300 at most but that time they gave me a fully loaded C350 with all the bells and whistles it is just like driving a very low GLK with lighter steering feel and scoots really fast.

If it ever gets here. It must be on that really slow boat I hear about that goes to China.
