Memory Card

Does anyone know how to put music from the computer to a PCMCIA adapter
with a SD 2GB.

You can buy an inexpensive memory card reader to transfer files from your computer to SD cards.
If you have a laptop, look for SD card slot on the sides (most recent laptops have this slot).

It's pretty simple, just copy & paste the files.
Music folders work too.

Thanks, I tried that by installing music from my apple computer, but the GLK could not play any song, went to MB dealer and was informed that it doesn't work with iTunes. Any hep would be appreciate it. Thanks Frank

Nothing but iTunes will play music bought through iTunes. It has DRM, Digital Right Management, it needs to be converted. You can convert your music to MP3, and it will play on the GLK. There is an option in iTunes to do it.

they do not need to be MP3 files, other type files work to....

In iTunes, when I right click on a song, there is an option to "Create MP3 Version".

With latest iTunes (version 11.0.3), there is an option to create "AAC version" but no MP3.


froth7,
Format your SD card to FAT32, then add some MP3 files to the memory card, (copy from a friend if you have to) just to see you can play it in the car
