2013 GLK350 Chrome/Stainless door handle

Hi,
My wife and I were at a MB dealer the other day looking to buy a GLK. We were looking at two different version (250 vs 350) both 2013 model year. The 250 had door handles that were color coded to match the body paint. The 350 had chrome or stainless steel door handle. Mind you, this is not the door cup insert that goes on the sheet metal of the door. The entire handle (top, bottom, outside facing and the part facing the door panel) appeared to be one solid chrome or stainless finish. The young salesman didn't realize MB had this as an option and sure enough I couldn't see it in the catalog other than the insert cup. So does anyone know which option this is related to or is it an aftermarket accessories. The 2013 350 was a demo so it's unlikely it was aftermarket customization. Our location is U.S. just in case it differs in other regions.

04 330i ZHP, 13 GLK250 Bluetec

My Canadian-spec 13 GLK250BT has chrome insert on top of the door handles. Do you know if the 250 you looked at comes with AMG package? Perhaps the non AMG cars don't come with it as my car has the AMG.

I'll have to find and AMG and look at one in person. The two were both non-AMG. I did come across another thread since I posted that mentioned something about sensors inside chrome handles and Keyless Go. I wonder if that would be it. The model without chrome handles did not have Keyless Go and the model with chrome handle did have the Keyless Go option. The next MB dealer I go to I'll ask that and see if they have an AMG option on site.
