Hello- can someone please help me out before I go insane! Ha I have owned 16 cars and never experienced anything like this.
My radio appears to be fine, no errors or anything suggesting there is an issue. But for whatever reason the radio is 100% silent / quiet.
Anyone have any idea what may have caused this???

I hope it was that easy!

Happened to me too!
If your phone is connected via bluetooth, there might be a glitch where it secretly dials people. Check your recent calls list to make sure! I happen to use an iPhone 4S is that helps.
Good luck!

Nothing on mute at all pressed those many times ha and I guess I can try and disconnect my blue tooth and see if that fixes it?

What radio/system do you have? Can you still see the stations and other displays such as navigation if you have it? In some models of Command the amplifier has a different fuse than the radio. Check that the connectors under the driver and passenger seats have not come apart or corroded.
If you have a CD player does it still function? If yes it may be the antenna amplifier module.
The antenna connector on the back of the control may have come undone.
last is the tuner itself. You really haven't given us much with which to try to diagnose the problem.

There are times when that would be a blessing.
It would be interesting to know how the problem was resolved.
