purchased a "new" 2013 GLK with 16,000km on it........breach of contract?
This appears to breach our contract all together. should I go to the dealership and just look for a new GLK with actual low mileage on it.
I bought this car semi site unseen, as I put a down payment without knowing the mileage and picked the car up without checking what the odometer read until I got home.
Ive only had the car for about 20 days~
Is there anyone who works for MB here that can help?

Im feeling somewhat dooped here. I also didnt know it had 16,000 km on it until after I took it home. I signed under the assumption it had only 8,000km.

If I was buying and accepting the car, with mileage, and I liked the car, then I think I'd go back to them and renegotiate price and warranty. I still wouldn't sign anything until I got exactly what I wanted. Why not go back and tell them you expected 8000 km and tell the truth. On this basis you think they should rebate $2000 (or more if you thing 'more' is reasonable,) and an extended warranty. In absence of that, refuse to sign and report them to what ever authority monitors that. Tell them that's what you're going to do AFTER you nicely tried for the other stuff.
I wouldn't sign.
Question: Why did you assume it only 8,000 ? Was it written somewhere?
When I took delivery of my 2013 this summer, the sales contract indicates the mileage. When we did the delivery inspection walk around, the sales rep made a point to turn on the car and point out that it in fact only had 14 km on the odometer.
IMHO, you need a new contrat or a new car

Something is very suspect about the whole transaction.
16,000 or 15,000 Km ( 9,900 miles or 9300 miles), should be a certified per-owned with all the extended warranty bells and whistles.
