Looking to buy CPO 2015 GLK 350 4MATIC
Hi Friends - greetings from Austin, TX and thanks in advance for any advice. I've emailed a few local dealers, but haven't had much luck getting a response (I think possibly because I’m looking for a vehicle that’s not very common in Texas). It’s a pretty specific request, but maybe someone on here can help.
I’m on the hunt for a certified pre-owned 2015 GLK 4MATIC (all wheel drive is a must) in either steel grey or lunar blue with the driver assistance package. If it has the parking assistance package as well, all the better. I'm hoping to find one with a clean carfax / 1 owner under 30,000 miles and keep the total out the door price under 30k (including the extended 2 year limited warranty). Is this a pipe dream?
I've been using car gurus to search, but I'm curious if the Mercedes site might be more up to date? (the Mercedes site just isn't very user friendly when it comes to filtering the different packages). I’m sure some of these have to be coming off of lease and I'd like to purchase one during the certified pre-owned 1.99% promo that's running through the end of the month. Any suggestions on resources / additional places to look?

I bought a 2015 black/black GLK 350 4matic, with 36k miles from a dealership in Fort MItchell KY. Had P1, multimedia, keyless go and heated seats (no parking assist, which, having owned a 2010 GLK before , I didn't feel was needed). Delivered to me (in Boston!) for under $29K.

you won't get a GLK like that unless you import one from Canada (comes standard with 4MATIC and has better interiors). The driver's assistance package and parktronic (also very common on Canadian GLKs) is very rare in America. You are gonna have to cross a few of those options off your list because most GLKs were optioned for leasing.

JohnnyC - have you ever been through that process? If so, how much of a headache was it? I'm not even sure where to begin searching for that... Do you have any sites / resources you recommend? Thanks for the thoughtful response!

No i haven't looked into it, but its very expensive and time consuming.

You might have to bend a bit on the color, but you should be able to find something in the Midwest. I just purchased a 15 4Matic with P1, lighting package, designo paint and driver assistance package with 18k miles for $29,000 with new brakes and tires all the way around.

I found this in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. They tend to have a lot of GLK's on the lot as they told me they are quite popular and buy out a lot of lease turn ins. They dont buy anything that doesnt have pano roof or at least P1 on it and multimedia package.
