Pretty sure there's a drain plug, but it will be inside the tranny housing I think. That's probably another reason why you need to drop the pan and replace the gasket, so you can get to the TC at the same time.

If you haven't done the front or rear differential fluid yet, this would probably be the best time.

mine did, just did mine myself a month ago. 2014 glk 250

my problem was turning the engine. I bought to required socket but could not find the pulley/flywheel that turns the engine, mine had 4 bolts instead of one big one. had no problem on my previous c300. I ended up starting it a few time until it stopped at the right spot.
