You should get the oil changed and stop driving it until it’s done . It’s obviously low on fluid and likely you’re doing damage to it .

Is it leaking engine oil or automatic transmission fluid?
Regardless, any "massive" leak should be addressed immediately.

I thought the GLKs had electric power steering, therefore no power steering fluid and pump to leak. Or was this only on the later GLKs?
Then again, I seem to remember my 2008 C300 had power steering via hydraulics, and the GLK shared most of its platform with the C-class. Perhaps the early GLKs had hydraulic power steering which was updated to electric for the later models.
Regardless, good thing you've found the leak and can now repair it. It might make sense to also check any other hoses in the power steering circuit; if one leaked, maybe others aren't far behind.

As with the reply from "Mmr1" ... those two photos don't tell us much, without explanation.
#1 ... what is in the spray bottle, what is he spraying at, and why spraying ?
#2 ... I don't know what the part is in that close up photo - can you explain ?
