I have a 2012 GLK350, base model not 4Matic. My upper radiator grille was damaged by an object on the highway. I went to mercedes for a new grille and they had three options standard (around 300) sport grill (around 350) and offroad package grille (1000). They told my my vehicle takes the offroad package.
Its the base model without 4matic so I thought it was off that it would have the offroad package. I was wondering can I install the base model grill or will it have fitment issues?

I only see 2 types of grilles, and you can find out which one you have by looking at the part numbers somewhere on the plastic.

I don't see any "off-road" option, and even the most expensive is under $600, so I'd call BS on that dealer.

eBay is 5x cheaper , or get a custom grill . I’m selling one for a 13. I put on a better style. Don’t buy from a dealer , you pay to much

Wow that’s very nice. All the eBay ones I saw don’t come with the Mercedes emblem. My emblem was broken too. Did this grill come complete or did you have to buy the emblem somewhere else?

That's what I forgot to mention: some OEM grill replacements may not include the star emblem, so double-check that they do before you purchase (or purchase separately if no other choice).

No emblem , I got a lighted center star from a different company on eBay. Total price about 275 if I remember. At mb it would probably be around 600

Correct, which is why my link to OEM grille options were specific to 2012 model "base" GLK.

If nothing else, you can use the part #s for searching eBay.
