2015 GLK 250 EGR & MAF Codes Need Sorting.




If you displace it and it moves back it sounds like it is mechanically OK.
The hoses are vacuum from the reservoir, vacuum to the actuator, and vent to the atmosphere.




The same part is used in several other places, e.g. compressor bypass control and water pump, maybe more.
I can't find a Y27/16 anywhere but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I stumble through WIS and EPC like a blind man. Where did that number come from?

the new replacement part number is 000 500 32 01 this is what replaces all those. The one I changed is right below the egr cooler

car however drives ok. I’m getting a bit of shaking but I assume it’s a balance issue.
any further suggestions @JohnCC
Dont mean to be bringing this chat back but im still have the same issues and have not been able to get this resolved. if anyone with similar experience it would be greatly appreciated
