Taking Delivery GLS 450
Taking delivery this weekend, any tips for negotiation, its pretty hard to get a discount here as the wait list for GLS is almost a year. Im thinking I'll have to pay sticker but any tactics to help me get some off the msrp. I believe msrp is a little over 100k. Or any tactics to get a lower lease rate?
Also does anyone know if running boards are standard? I didn't option them in

Any info will help thanks
late 2016 many of the local dealers here were taking deposits for 2018 model year not ordering just taking preliminary slots for when it does open up. Many of those were corporate stores owned by Mercedes Benz Canada. So at that time it was a 1 year wait for GLS 450's. If I am missing something obviously please enlighten me I'm a bit confused

Also try downshifting for a bit when you merge from on-ramps into highways.
Combine the pedals with the Sport mode and you'll pass traffic as if it wasn't there.

E.g. I found this method quite useful going uphill in mountain/hilly terrain, and passing traffic using the right two lanes - the left-lane hoggers were clueless that they were lugging their engines and backing up traffic for a mile.

Not everyone looks for the same things in a car. I heard they even make some cars with manual transmissions. And people buy them, and sometimes even pay extra. Who'da thunk !
