2017 GLS550: Massage Seat as Favorite in Command?

Anyone know how to set Seat Massage as a favorite (the star button on the command wheel controller) on the GLS550? I've tried a lot - and it's getting dangerous to navigate the menu on the road - it says no function selected or something like that when I try to set it;

Haven't tried voice control, but if that works for you, appreciate any feedback.

I'm either doing it wrong (hopefully/likely) or you really do have to navigate deep into the Command menu Vehicle Settings to turn on seat massage - not safe when hurtling down the highway!

i dont know how the new comand works, but if i were to take a stab at it, turn the car on, set your stuff as favorites then move, messing with comand is a huge distraction, even when driving

I have it set as a favorite. When you push a star do you see a line of several things set as favorites? You can delete them, add others and rearrange.

Yes! I do, it has Nav, Radio . . . And Vehicle. Still have to click through to Seats, turn wheel to select Massage, pull down to driver's seat, turn to desired massage type, press, then back your way out. I tried selecting driver's seat massage dial and holding down the star, no go.

But you gave me an idea, let me try something and get back to the thread later.

Did you figure out how to delete the preset favorites and add others?

Sorry for the delay got side tracked - as it turns out, Seat Massage was already in the favorites list, I just hadn't scrolled right far enough - user error on my part. Not sure if it was programmed by the previous driver (this was the GM's Exec Demo), or there by default from the factory. I moved them to 1st and 2nd in the favorites list for easy access for driver and passenger.

How found: hit the star button, use scroll wheel to go right until I found it. You can drop down to a menu that allows you to move the buttons.

Seat massage no longer available through courtesy button
Im having same issue. I’m having the issue because I changed my command. I had the massage button next to the rotary button on the arm rest. Now when I click on the button I get a Black screen. Im trying to configure it to what it was on the HU parameter. I’ve tried to do it as a favorite but when I do that and click the star button the seats automatically turn on. I do not get the massage screen. Do you ?
