TRUNK WONT CLOSE ALL THE WAY
Today some weird stuff happened . So my trunk suddenly wont close with red button on the trunk or inside driver side button.
it will start closing and somewhere mid way it will make a sound like it bump something and starts opening again.
i checked - nothing is in the way , then eventually since i was in the parking lot far from home i gave a little push on that level where trunk starts opening again , and with my pressure it went through that point and closed .
Tried once more at home - same problem.
Any ideas what could cause it and how to fix it ..?

The door is sensitive and any blockage will cause it to stop. It probably needs cleaning or the hydraulic (??) needs lubrication.
I have that problem sometimes but rarely.

Thank you , yeah i tried lubricating them , seems helped , started moving way more smoothly, even closed couple times , but then start doing it again. Now needed way less pressure to close it , but still probably needs cleaning , i guess ill give a visit to a dealer.
