Wheel and tire is always a good idea, IMO. Depending on what wheels you have on your car just damaging them once could pay for the coverage entirely.
The first time my fiance took my car instead of hers she managed to hit a pothole blowing a tire and cracking a wheel.

I was going to say get a new fiance.... BUT... years ago I always wanted a Jag XJ-S. Finally got one... a V12 with a 5 speed manual, only a handful imported, and sent my fiance to pick it up. OK, she was a professional racing driver... BUT... she spun it into a cliff and totaled it! Well, all is forgiven but I now have the very valuable piece of information that Dunlop D60A2 tires don't work worth a crap on Jag XJ-S's! Never got to drive the Jag... looking back she probably did me a favor as insurance paid out more than the purchase price. And it was a Jag after all....

Ya know, that's almost $6,600.00! You can get an entire set of aftermarket tires and wheels, a professional detail and touch-up for that, the later items probably a couple of times. All this stuff is really just additional cash for the dealer to pocket, on the assumption you are getting "peace of mind". Me... I'd set it aside in a CD. Budget for wear and tear. Take care of the beast and be at least a few grand ahead.

GLS 2022,
i agree about the wheel protection and interior spray: RIPOFFS!!!
As for protective plastic film. I have put on all my cars, great stuff.
But my last car,19.S560, coupe only cost $700.00 for front end.
Good luck.

These are nothing but money making schemes for the dealer. The modern equivalent of rustproofing.

What about

pre-paid maintenance (4yr/40k miles) for $3,075 vs out of pocket $3,500 according to the dealership

Pre-paid front/rear brakes at $1,825 vs. out of pocket at $2,400 according to the dealership

The wheel insurance is for those who live in pothole city but you need to read the fine print, despite the insurance being from MB, (some are) backed by a third party, some state that you can only replace one side of the wheel once per the warranty so if unfortunately the wheel the pothole damaged is the same side that was replaced before, it won't be covered. That being said, the out of pocket per wheel replacement cost is expensive on the X167.
Ya don't sign for the interior spray.
Same goes with the film, walk-away from it.

As for PPM (pre-paid maintenance) if you are leasing then you might want it so you don't have issues down the road when returning the vehicle (like proving that all services are done correctly). Although if you take the vehicle to a reputable place to do the annual service and you can prove that at lease end, you could totally choose to walk away from PPM. If you know you will be servicing your vehicle at the dealership during the duration of when you are keeping the vehicle and enjoying a cup of hot coffee in the customer lounge (although it isn't always available) while you wait then PPM makes sense because if the prices goes up for out of pocket Service A or Service B or both in the future you won't need to pay that difference as you already paid for it in full via PPM.

Front and rear brakes again depends on how long you wish to keep the vehicle, for a typical lease (if you are leasing at moderate driving, include stop-and-go, but mostly highway, it should last for the duration of that lease) if you do wish to keep it for long. It is still always cheaper doing it yourself or going to an independent shop, plus MB's brake pads are notoriously prone to brake dust so you could always get quality aftermarket ones once they are done. Back to what I mentioned in the PPM, if you don't want to worry about it and let the dealership take care of every aspect of your vehicle, you could indeed get this but at this price I really don't recommend it personally.
