811 for GLS63
Can anyone check and see if 811 - Burmester High End is available in the dealer order screen for the MY23 GLS63.
MY23 DOG states DC6 is not available. DC6 is Burmester high end packaged with B51.
811 is listed as an individual option in the DOG.

Update:
It's official.
811 - Burmester High end is NOT available for GLS63 for MY23
Apparently some conflict in the door manufacturing which sounds like an excuse since it has been available all these years and the door design hasn't changed.
It makes zero sense.
Best or nothing is a joke now. MBUSA is more of a nothing nowadays.

Are Covid production and supply chain issues no longer a thing? Sure, the part has been made before, doesn’t mean it’s not immune to issues related to supply chains.
it sucks. Huge bummer. But it single handedly makes MB as a whole suck?

However, this is FAR from an MB exclusive problem. Many brand’s high end options have had limit or no availability for a few months, and even most have more standard features deleted. You can walk into a BMW store and get an X5 with no touchscreen functionality! Or power seats. Or get an $80,000 Check Tahoe top trim with no heated seats! Let alone cooled seats.
Life needs a little perspective. It suck's that MB is dropping the high end audio, due to a mix of low demand and supply issues. But it’s not MB’a fault entirely, and it’s far from an MB exclusive issue. Is this feature the one thing that intersected you about the GLS? Look at it this way, you’ll still get a decent audio system in the car, and you’ll save $4,550, which is a decent amount with which to search for an even better aftermarket system

Amazing to me that people with such large amounts of disposable income have no idea how economics or long term supply chains work. Just because something was planned for in 2018, doesn’t mean that the world went that way. Chip contracts were in place. When they don’t show up, it takes years to correct. Years to design, years to correct or redesign.
Mercedes has now clearly stated the options instead of hoping supply could recover. It’s better than canceling options. This is the best way for the company to communicate to customers and lay out real expectations. Would op prefer hope over truth? Seems kinda silly.
