Aftermarket wheels GLS (X167)
Please post pictures of your GLS with aftermarket wheels. I tried searching online to get an idea but not much out there. I’m looking to upgrade from the 21 inch factory wheels. Thanks.

There are many available on ebay etc. that are better than this one I have. Make sure you get the grille back support and a grille with all the bars - mine was missing the small bar at the top of the star so we had one printed to make it right.

I applaud you guys with the big fancy wheels and being able to keep them scuff free! We’ve got the 21’s and all but gave up with trying to keep them perfect.

I ordered a set of aftermarket wheels for my 2020 GLS580 and the lug bolts would not fit through the mounting holes in the rims. Your mention of this is the first time I had heard of this problem. So do I need to purchase only OEM wheels that are from a 2020 and newer GLS Model only and not from a 2019 Model and older? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

2020 and newer have larger lug bolts. 2019 OEM rims will not fit 2020 models and newer but can be modified - there is a thread on the W167 forum from someone who modified the W166 rims to fit the W167 which is similar to the X167. I have an extra set of aftermarket Vossen wheels that fit correctly so with the right information aftermarket wheels can be fitted. I guess your wheel supplier did not have the correct information and should let you return them if it was their error.
