Congratulations!
I love the GLS in diamond white. Its interesting my S560 is diamond white and I don't love the color on the car, I took this car because of the deal I was offered, but on the GLS and the GLE I think the color looks incredible
I also really like that AMG steering wheel. I always thought it looked odd in pictures, but the 24 I sat in had it and it looks great, feels great in the hand and is just the right size and shape.
Enjoy it, I'm jealous!

Congrats on the cars!
Re: the white one when new MB models come out, the first phase of production is what MB used to call “showroom units” or market launch units. These are a few specs that are decided by MB and built and allocated to dealers to be the first on lots. So that car you got, plus the training car, are one of probably a few hundred in that exact spec that were among the first arriving at dealerships. So when they say a custom build wouldn’t arrive until Sept/October, that may be a little exaggerated, but few custom order cars will arrive for now, for at least a few weeks, as MB is mostly building their own pre specified cars. Still you got an awesome spec! And I think that “exclusive trim” wood on the back of the front seats will be super super rare but it’s a little detail that adds to the overall feel of the car!

Love the red! I would get that but my wife doesn't like red cars

The photos were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S23 plus smartphone that reportedly has good color accuracy. I've seen many photos of Cardinal Red Metallic on the web, but very few render the color accurately. The photos were taken in cloudy, late afternoon conditions and are very close to what my vision perceives. The Bahia Brown upholstery is somewhat darker than rendered by the camera. Of course, the color accuracy of your phone screen or computer display can have a significant impact as well.
I will provide a review later, but in response to EWL5, wireless Android Auto worked flawlessly during a 4.5 hour trip after delivery.
