Great video. Obviously they got the inspiration from bmw but MB's version is so much better.

I am kind of disappointed that Mercedes removed the sunglasses holders from the later models! I was really frustrated with the vibration sounds, so I literally just made it so the lenses face the opening and the vibration has gone away. I am guessing that this may not work for all sunglasses models, but worked for me!

As previously mentioned by another forum member, a sunglass holder clip from amazon helps.

Yes. But after using gesture control for quite some time, I now prefer the interior assistant over a sunglass holder which was easily remedied with a $5 sun visor clip from Amazon.
My preferred gesture is to activate my massage seats. I also just learned that the gesture control will activate the most recent massage setting. I prefer Wave so I have that one set up for gesture control.

I think it was for cars that had that gimmicky interior motion detector, so if you put your hand over the passenger side the passenger map light would turn on.
