GLS Cup Holder
Forgive me if there is an answer I missed in a previous thread (would love a link if so)...
Does anyone have a solution for the current x167 cup holders? I have a 2024 GLS 580 and the cup holder might be one of the biggest design flaws of the car! Cannot fit a Yeti tumbler in the cup holder without it falling over at every turn. Has anyone found any inserts to use to help alleviate this problem?
From the lack of previous threads, am I the only one that has an issue with this!?!?

From experience with my SUV BMWs, I learned that cooled/heated cup-holders are useless. The non temperature-controlled cup holders in the GLS are great as they have four "fingers" and the entire cavity can also retract leaving an open space. The four fingers were well for any cup.
The temperature controlled ones however come with one finger and can not be retracted. Luckily mine doesn't have the cooled/heated cup holders.

2021 GLS 450 & 23 GLS 450. Have a Holden Commodore, Jeep, truck, and more
I have a larger cup than a yeti and it doesn't flop around because there is less excess space, but it is too big to fit in the cupholders of any other cars I have. I have also found a regular old style foam cuzi around the bottom portion of my yeti keeps it from flopping around. None of these are perfect, but do help.

Found a solution
I know this is an old post but I didn’t see any real solutions in the thread or previous posts so I wanted to add this.
I bought this and it works perfectly. Fits right in the cup holder spot and keeps my Stanley from moving everywhere. Just thought I’d share if anyone still needs a solution.
