GLS Class (X167) Produced 2020 to present

Got in my vehicle and had this message..

Got in my vehicle and had this message..

I accidentally hit OK instead of scrolling and now I cant find it. HAs anyone had this , I called MB there was a number attached to the original message. A woman said make an appointment, and said I may be charged for it. The vehicle has 5000 miles on it. Haven't had time to make an appointment this week.
Is the message stored somewhere? If so where ?

Even though you don't have the entire message, your photo should be plenty of evidence for the shop to take action.
It's a little concerning, so I'd get in ASAP.
I don't know why they'd change you.

I don't know why they'd change you.
GLS has a system that allows dealer to do diagnosis remotely, of course at not charge to you. Call your dealer/service dept, and for some faults they can tell you exactly what is the error/fault and how critical it is, as long as the car has registered the event and fault (obviously it did based on your photo). They can actually do all of that while you are on the phone with them.
