so what
As for the comment about me being humiliated, im not humiliated by starting this thread, i still read a few retarted post that make feel im talking to a bunch of idiots
And about my name, again retarted comments, using what you can to try and degrade me. Very sad. oh my god, my name is pimp it charlie, omg you must degrade women.. What a sucky name, and my names better E55AMG, because my names just so original!
Nows my turn to be cruel and mean. Ive read and put up with enough of the **** here, you can put up with mine too. First of all, you old geezers don't know the slang what young guys use. Just like saying "that car is the ****", or "im phat"... the same slang as saying "pimp my ride". Do these comments mean the car is ****?, or that i am fat, or that the ride is a actual pimps car, respectively? So since my name has pimp in it, omg he degrades women! ***** please.
And my views on speeding are not what i view on racing. No, i don't believe they are the same thing. Speeding is one thing, but racing another guy and feeling like you are superior is stupid. Just because you can push harder on a petal makes you better? No, not at all.
i do find it acceptable for guys 16-21 to race, because they are young and thats is a stereotype. But grown men that claim to make half a million, race for sport, sounds a bit immature to me. And the comments i read by you old farts are very immature, coming from some of the most successful men that drive mercedes.
I think that just about covers it.

Well there you go. You dont even have a car, thats the funny part.

Stupid pimpitcharlie... I dont like you anymore!!!!! You attention stealing *****.
, ok now i think your weird
, ok now i think your weird

[Aww... come on man, play with me for a minute-- I dont want attention, I just wanted to shed some humour on this... thread.
Im trying to take some of the heat away from you, Im used to it, just play along. YEAH! I WANT THE ATTENTION!
CHARRED!?
What a descriptive word!
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
, lol, whos not going to read whats in the bracets. You should have PM'd me unless you wanted them to read it
ok goodbye
For all that asked what car i have, 3 series and a S class mercedes
People race in a friendly manner for their personal reasons. Some are for self-improvement (did I step on the pedal too late?). Some are for the car's improvement (should I put a supercharger or not?). Some are just for fun (should I give him another run next time?). If you do not see anything good in it, it seems you're just not the type of person to do it.
Surely you've raced somebody before or at least tried to get past some slow car. If you didn't "brag about it", then I admire your humility. But posting here asking why it's such a "cool" thing to race and brag about it just rubs people's hair the wrong way, hence all the negative remarks.
Is it stereotypical for 16-21 year olds to race? Well, I have a friend who's 19 and does not race at all. The only stereotype is that person who thinks there are stereotypes...which is everybody.
Heck, I own a '83 300D Turbodiesel and it gets to 60 in 12 seconds, enough time for an E55 that many members here have to vanish in the distance. But I sometimes just race for fun, even if I know I will lose. Sometimes I brag about it, sometimes I don't. I guess it's also a "community" or socializing thing because people here share their experiences, good or bad. It's not really bragging. I've seen dozens of losses here too. I myself obviously has lost to countless ones. But I like telling them to friends because it's fun and a good laugh.
Do yourself a favor. Get your car out and see for yourself. If you feel any "excitement" at all then welcome to the club! If not, well, then it's just a matter of you not finding it cool in any sort of way---simple as that.
Either way, should you have a change of mind, feel free to drop in and tell us your first kill, if any at all.

Im not complaining, and ya i agree that what someone does with their own car is their own bussiness. Then why do you get on others back when they want to rebadge a car? It's that persons car so its none of your bussiness ...right so that agruement is hypocrtical
You peoples' remarks are so condradicting.
And i am not complaining about racing, whereas i hardly ever see a race on the streets. I merely asking whats the thrill. When i read your kill stories, i just dont get it. Do you feel all big and bad that you drove faster then someone, and therefore a better person? In the stories i read on this board, you diss the other driver, bragg about yourself, as if you do find yourself a superior better person.
Again, only in this thread.. you find tards that only post your gay, leave, lame name, none of your bussiness, ***, troll, ETC.
THE ONLY THING YOU'LL EVER PIMP IS YOUR BROKE *** CAR. I CAN'T STAND PEOPLE LIKE YOU.
Overall though, I have to agree with many members here. Your original post, regardless of your intent and disclaimer of not wanting to get flamed, came across as argumentative. If you just wanted information or a friendly discussion, you could've held back on the instigating comments. However, if you just hate kill stories and those who participate in them...you are in the wrong forum.
Why on earth would someone buy a performance car if they aren't going to exploit it? I don't see anything wrong with a friendly run with another car on an open road but racing through traffic and putting innocent drivers at risk is extremely stupid.
If people really want to race, they should take it to the track.

(sorry, maybe you are a guy, I'm not sure)
And anyway, I'm not anywhere near my 40's so it's A-OK for me.
