It was not the 55 that raced, it was a C32, as far as I can tell.

Hmmm, I may still go with the C32, but that I'd like to see.

C32 would win. Even if it didn't the gay in the Dodge would still be driving a dodge.

If I drove a C32, I'd remind you of Audi's ******* child lineage (aka VW's reject).
If I were gay, well umm....

I also ran one in my C32. Pulled on him just a tiny bit from a roll (50-60mph or so) on up to about 130. They are quick for sure.

with or without your pullies?

I think you sold them right?

If you were stock.. I'm impressed..

I would think a C32 vs SRT-8, it would be all Dodge.

I hate to admit, but if you catch the C32 in the wrong gear, its over. Now, I know how the M3's feel about their low torque figure. They need to really be on the edge all of the time.

this just proves that you my friend have a "above average stock" C32.. you ran great times with just pullies and stock you can hang with cars trapping 107 or 108...

Somebody at AMG had a good day when building your engine.

I see the Kill Sections are the same everywhere, whether it's Mustangs, Subarus or MBs...

LATE to this one...didn't know there was a kill section here. My GF drag raced her SLK350 7A and beat some S197 Mustang GT automatic at Sears a while back. She was running 14.1s @ 99mph w/ no drag prep, ESP on, Sport mode engaged.

ANYWAY....

MT posted the slowest times for the SRT-8s. Good trap speeds are 108-110mph. However, ESP must be off/fully off and the tranny left in D. No autosticking.

Draw your own conclusions, I would love to line up against any quick MB. C32s are nice w/ a pulley upgrade though...

I was looking for SL55 trap speeds and noticed the Kill Section for the first time. Did a search for SRT-8s to see what all was being said and where I could contribute.
