Down the shore? Forget about it, these guys think they're pushing Enzo's.
Down the shore in July? I think I might know the guy lol.

Nice C55, BTW.
Thanks, bro.

Yeah, you're right about the G35's.....I've also seen WAY more of them than 350Z's on the road.

Since I've never driven either, I still would have to go for the G........just because it looks better.

I wonder if my S500 (stock) can walk G35 (stock). Anybody had experience with this?

i think a clk500 can easily beat a c350 unless u modified ur ride.

I thought it was only me... I guess there's other people who share the same observation in regards to g35 drivers. *They do think they drive Enzos or something*. Makes me respect 350Z's more than the G35s..

By the way, *i think* the 350Z is a seriously fun car to drive.

Our old S500 RWD beat out a G35 sedan on the highway and pulled very nicely.

Lol, thanks. A friend of mine (who wants to install a single turbo setup) has one and I gotta say, they are fairly quick off the line (6SP) . But this one on the highway has a little trouble.

Whenever I see one of L.A's thousand G35s or million Z350s I try and get out their way so i don't have to hear that awful, wasp like exhaust tone

Lol, it's not nearly as bad as the coffee can muffler-ed "road racers" you see every so often. But I have to say, the stock FX45 sounds nice.

Actually, when tested, the C350 sport sedan clocked 5.5 to 60 while the CLK500 clocked 5.2 seconds. Not that big of a difference in numbers. Due to the larger motor, the CLK500 will pull harder throughout the powerband, but I doubt it will put numerous lengths on the C350 off the line.

yeah that sounds about right. from what i've seen, CLK500's run high 13's and the C350 come in just a hair over 14s on the 1/4 mi. They're closer in performance than you'd expect.

I agree that with all things equal, a CLK500 should beat out a C350
