I'll say it again that guys car is either slow as hell and or he's a completely HORRIBLE driver at the track.

He definately failed his car on that run. His car is fast chipped TT, 12.45@115 he was running to my 13.3@106,

I had a good run. Anytime you get the jump you have a chance a good chance.

A wins a win, can't go back into the hands of time and reverse it, doesn't matter who has the fastest car, I don't care if you got the Bugatti Veyron you mess up you lose, he lost and so he got bent over like a girl.

Winning or losing in a race only matters if its for money.
Its all about having fun and pushing your car (and your nerve) to the limits.
And I wouldn't say he got bent over, its not like he got smoked by a Honda Element lol. Plus he had a nice trap speed for a crappy track like that.

That is very true as well, he may not been bent over (maybe I was exaggerating just a wee bit ) But hey you never know, their could be a Honda Element out there that could be smoking high end cars, we don't know that, expect the unexpected.

How can you claim any win, or valid comparison? when you admittedly RED LIGHTED--Jumped the gun and lost the race by default? He still beat you
You get what seems to be a better launch, but in reality had a false premature start?? thus NEGATING any win or better launch..I don't get your conceding victory on this one man? you're grasping at straws.

What you did was like jumping the gun on a 3 horn honk race? where's the win in that?

Or correctly said, you passed the finish line 1st because you RED lighted & jumped the start an 8 mph trap speed difference is HUGE! if an even FAIR start occured, you'd of looked like you were waiting for a bus to pick you up.

You admittedy reported he was running 12.40 @ 115+ all day longaccept this race w/you.

Actually if you wanna get technical, because his car is faster and it is much lighter in a real race he would be required to give me a substantial lead . MUCH MORE than my RED LIGHT of .008 that is 8/100th of one second! I won this race , it was declared a win by my car on the slip by the tower and I posted the video demonstrting the win! A wins a win bro. His reaction time kileed him . I got the jump on him in every race, the race he beats me I was ahead for a LONG time! He reels me in and beats me to the line and waxed my time as well. My time in the race I won was slightly better by 3/100ths.

There was an 2007 C6 there tonight , guy barely broke 14. I waxed this car all night long and everytime I thought, is this the same car as Thericker has?

I race 3 x a week and feel a race on the track proves far more than some random horn blasts on an open road? Your vette should do just as well to line up on a drag strip. Join us Friday Night in Bakersfield. I will line you up and may the best car and driver win!! You cannot make me retract or downplay my victory over a much faster car. The video is awesome and the race was the best of the day! This race was decided by .003. Why do you keep questioning my enthusiasm for my progress? I learned a new trick tonight that I will take to Irwindale tomorrow!!!! Anyone wanna race thats where I will be in My SIX three

Jeezus bro I'm bustin' yur race cause you red lighted, & you know if it was a street race they go MUCH HIGHER THAN 1/4 SPEEDS ie..140+ At an 8 mph trap advantage he'd of pulled you by 10+ cars by 140mph, I don't care what the tower said even long time Dragger E55JAY said you LOST! you did jump the gun did you not? *** the trivial crap, I'm not going to Bakersfield tomorrow, I have work in LA, meet me in LA DAYTIME!! I'm sure the C6 was a manual at the track, just like the Z06 very hard to master w/little weight/to power etc...my auto is just as EZ to get consistant good results as your 63, I asked you on the phn yesterday, I'm asking you again tonite?

Come on may the best driver win! I admittedly have baked tires, edge to you, my traction is solely dependant on daytime scorching heat to hook! I think I'll take you come on bro stepity step-up! Do it! Do it! Imagine a vid w/you beating Thericker! proving you can hang w/E55k's as I did w/Vadim in 2 outta 4 races, *** I'll buy you a beer after at some dive bar lol...

I know of a dead end streat where I pm'd you about, also frwy rolls are king in my book! I luv'em! will trade off in horn honks, I'll even swap cars w/ya so we can see if any driver experience has anything to do w/ it if you want? It's quite a different experience maybe let me drive the CLS? Ask Vadim I know how to drive.. At 1 point during our low 30 mph roll-on I lost traction so bad w/ all traction cntrls OFF & held that beehatch down counter steering her ****e

Yes I have FULL HIGH COVERAGE INS...NO accidents, knock on wood! whatdaya say????
It's late I'm beat! forgive horrible writting, grammar, etc...Actually nothing new I'm here to talk about cars not compose my thesis..

Edit: For your info the new C6 A6 Auto is laying down 12.10-12.20 @ 115-116 bone stock East coast of coarse. A C6 A4 bone Stock pulls consistant albeit some of their BEST 1/4 runs W/MY same set up (less horsepower, there stock) 12.50 @ 110-113, Manual C6's vary to much as you must know from your recent track bombing....

Good to know. I think both cars had to be manual then. The Z06 and the C6. They both could not get the cars to sit . I could hear the huge hp and it sounded nice. Guess our auto's give us an advantage . No worries I hope you find a racer a 63 would be a really fun run!!!!

RIIIIIGHT............and you were there correct to see the rest of his runs You take his worst run of the day as an example (13.0x@115xx+) on a day where that Porsche 996TT took 17 passes on a stock clutch. He ran allday in the mid to lo 12's, his best being a 12.2@116.88.

This is a Stage 3 Porsche Turbo mind you (K24 upgraded Turbos, GIAC K24 software, and Tubi Exhaust) and on racegas. His best pass had a 1.8x 60 foot, he can drive.....don't worry about that one Again, he ran CONSISTENTLY allday in the 12.2-12.5 range (other than that 13.0 run, and that was all reaction time that killed him), trapping 115-116+.

slow as hell.....um, yea, his car Dynos over 500 awhp....it is a Stage 3 996TT on racegas. Horrible driver? Yea....reaction time got him on that, as well as a bad launch. Or.........you could say LACR is one of the (if not the worst) 1/4 strip in the country. Elevation of the track is 2800+ feet, and "DENSITY ALTITUDE" when racing started at 10 am was 6300'. There is simply "no air". This is why NA engines suffer the most, then SC cars, then Turbo cars. And althought Turbo cars don't suffer "as much" as NA or SC cars, all the Turbo cars were seeing 2-4 PSI LESS BOOST accross the board. Here is a quick example:

N/A E46 M3s did 14.0-14.5@97-99 MPH ALLDAY LONG (arent they 13.4@105?)
E39 M5 did 14.4@97 MPH BEST TRAP!!! (arent they 12.9-13.1@108+ MPH cars?)
C32 AMGs doing 14.3-14.4@97/98 MPH BEST allday
SL55's doing 13.5-13.8's@104/105 BEST allday (arent they 12.4@116 cars?)
CHIPPED RS6's doing 13.6-14.1@101-103 ALLDAY (arent they 12.8@109 BONE STOCK)?
Stock 996TT doing 13.6@107 BEST traps allday (aren't they 12.3-12/4@115-116?!!)
And my buddies Stage 3 996TT, doing a best of 12.2@116+, they are supposed to be in the mid to lo 11's@125+ MPH. Pretty convincing proof of how horrible the track was/is. To tell you the truth, this is no E-Town or Atco Sea Level tracks with good air, that is for sure

I can go on and on.....but proof is in the pudding. The Temps couple with the DA' killed MOST of the cars on Sunday.

Great points Jackson,

I knew that 996 was fast as hell, these guys would get obliterated if they ran at this track. It is so easy to sit back watch the times and or race and simply say "oh the driver sucks" next! I posted this to show the abilities of my car and the 996 and actually this was the closest race of the day a .02 MOV. On the first race with the 996, I got him for nearly 3/4 of the track and he flew past me. I think trapping 116! I know one of the S4s also did this. Topping out at 120. My car does really well , it is N/A and the DA has a detrimental effect on this motor. I still ran my BEST TIME EVER on this hot Sunday and it was against one of the turboed S4s at 13.31....UNCORRECTED, corrected it was a 12.48@110. I will likely be there Friday. It was easy to see why I stayed ahead but the main reason was the .6/10th lead the driver spotted me at the start! I have a video of one S4 run @12.4, I also have a slip of an 11.995 run. I posted the times in your thread and told my people here your car and the otherS4s were capable of all the things you posted. I had one poster here actually suggest the 996 TT was a Carrera! Once again a slew of posts commenting on the "bad driver"

Thanks for coming out , great meeting you.

Please lets get those AUDI's some comp!

OMG, I feel even better about my run! I sucked tonight at Irwindale SUCK!!!

8.4 @ 87 is the best I could do.. 4 runs in 4 hours, wish I just came to Santa Barbara!! I think I like LACR at least you can go down the track 40 times! I think I do better there. I was 3/10ths faster but this really is slower because LACR is 2000 feet higher with similar temp and humidity. So 2nd best 1/8th. I still cannot figure out how to LAUNCH and get a 60ft time under 2.0000

do you spin at all on launch? is your suspension set to soft? try raising one level to get more weight transfer.
