Yessir. MBenz screwed up and priced it much higher than it should have been. If memory serves correct, they intended to sell 3500 examples. At that goal, they should have made the sticker price in the range of $250-300K, instead of the near $500K before dealer markups. Many more buyers of that very niche target market will spend a quarter mil on a car than half a mil. Also, at that price range, it would stand out much more boldly amongst it's competition.

Gorgeous car too, but the Z06 does not fall short in the looks department, with its menacing front end and panorama view from the drivers seat of those edgy creased fenders. Frankly, photos do not do it justice. You black out those tail lights yet?
