Look at dragtimes.com the E55 211 stg 2 traps 125+mph. But I will bet after the 1/4 mile the S4 stg 3 is toast. Can you say displacement?
Btw Jon, not to beat a dead horse at this point but..... you seriously have to get your head outa the performance numbers and add in real world logic.

If you really want to push this logic then why aren't all cars 12L monsters? Why do toyota supras have so much power? What about the supra? Ford escourt cosworth, 190E 16v 2.3, M3s, 92 Lancia Delta evo, every 911, rx7s, evos, sti's etc etc etc this list could go on for ever.

But then your logic has yet another flaw.

Rotary motors. What would win, 1994 RX-7 or a 1994 corvette?

wow.....you are a complete FOOL........

I guess I must of been "TOAST" in this race vs. a Kleeman fully modded E55 AMG........since after 120 MPH, the "smaller" displacement car surely loses right?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T05JEwaLX9g

I've also raced Frank (SleeperX's Renntech E55) and according to your theory, I shoulda been destoryed after 120? On the contrary, it was pretty damn even all the way to 155 or so.

And the modded E55's make "more HP" than say my car does.....

and other cars? and so on and so on........???

You need to stop making asinine comments since you have no idea what you are talking about. Can you say E-Bench Racing Tool?

No need to get I know you have one of the fastest cars on the road Anyway I was going by the 350z vs Cobalt SS run. The Cobalt has 260whp vs the 260whp 350z.

which is exactly why you cannot solely base it on that single outcome.
There is alot more than just what peak HP on a car is, displacement, etc etc. You cannot assume that a car with a higher displacement or bigger engine between two cars that make the same HP will automatically have the advantage (or "toast" as you put it) as speeds climb over triple digits. There are way too many variables and factors that will determine the final outcome. Bottom line.....your blanket statement was way off base.....

Couldn't agree more, you could find countless examples of this in his posts, its always fun to laugh at.
