When going towards the freeway I was minding my own business when I saw a mustang start to tailgate me. Then it did a ricer flyby on me so I was like what the heck. He was fixed up and his exhaust was really loud. I followed him to the freeway onramp which is up hill and as soon as we turned he floored it. Well, I floored it behind him and with a passenger I could not pass him. Anyways, the ramp is long enough that I can reach 70mph but I let off to check for cops and such. When I see there is nothing I catch up to the mustang and he starts to flash his victory hazards at me. LOL! So I pull up next to him and tell him lets go. He wont run me. THAT *******. Stupid kid just smiles and looks away. After a min of me trying I just get frustrated and run the Accord V6 that got behind me. I just downshifted and took off. Regardless to say I killed the Accord but thats not what I wanted to kill. Damn Im frustrated. I need more torque by the way! Hehe. I told my friend and he said I should have just passed him and flashed my hazards at him. Ahahahaha.

did you say you couldn't pass him because the on ramp was narrow? or did you say you just simplay couldn't pass him.?

Couldnt pass him with passenger and stuff. He got on first and the ramp isnt that long.

I got on a freeway onramp the other night behind a Mustang GT in my C230K. There were two lanes getting on, so as soon as we turned onto the onramp, I got into the other lane to pass him. He started to accelerate when I changed lanes, so I went for it too, and I was out-accelerating him pretty easily. We got to about 90 (or at least I did) and then he backed off pretty quick.

ouch... you need more power it's time to enlarge the displacement of your engine.

that reminds me of that time when some idiot in a S4 and his friend in a M3 SMG convertible fellowed behind both trying to "ricer" fly by me on the on ramp at Fullerton Rd. on 60 fwy heading east. Just when the S4 got along side of me, i floored it. leave both of them in the dust. They are both very nice cars, but one is a little weak on power and one is a little heavy. I believe they were both stock other than the S4 looks like it was lowered.

I did, the last time i was on my way home from school on the freeway and saw a Topaz blue M3 covertible. I got totally burned to the ground, but it was fun to watch that M3 rocket off reaching 100 + mph before i can even get to 90 in the 4sp auto Beetle.
