The Cayenne Turbo has an adjustable height suspension, which judging by the video, appears that it was set to "off-road" mode. Did the driver even launch car? How heavy are those aftermarket wheels? All things equal, it should have fared better than that.

His suspension was on SPORT mode.
Driver launched the car by pressing the gas pedal all the way down. He didn't power brake. Antera rims are very expensive and very light.
I have different videos in my account where Cayenne Turbo is even with 335i.
Here is a video of 335i vs Cayenne Turbo S and it is still faster:

So no surprise that standard Cayenne Turbo lost.

The Cayenne Turbo is suprisingly slow as *****. I know a guy who has a 996TT and a Cayenne Turbo and he says the Cayenne is a snail (for a car with that type of motor, that is).

The standard Cayenne Turbo hits 60 in a bit over 5 seconds, and runs mid 13's at 102+ mph, which is where a stock 335i should be. If anything, I would have expected it to pull at higher speeds. (This was also a fairly controlled environment to race in.) But, as the OP said, the driver didn't power brake. With AWD, a good chunk of torque, and a lot of weight to make up for, he should have at least preloaded the launch.

I had a Cayenne turbo and off the line it was slowwww. Never could get better than 5.4 in 0-60 with race box gps. But hook up a trailer and the CT will pull like Kennworth. Really needed to load the turbos to come alive. The factory times of 5.0 for naught to sixty must have come by driving off a cliff. Overall, the CT was the most disappointing vehicle I've ever owned. On second thought it was also the ugliest.

The porsche driver should have brake-torqued his car and that suspension height was really high....my impression is that the porsche driver was not that familiar with his car. I think with more practice the porsche driver will do better in the future.

2012 Cayenne Turbo
Give me a freakin break people. You're comparing a 5500 lbs truck to a 3500lbs car.
IMO, Cayennes are the best SUVs out there but they're still just trucks (not sports cars).
Besides that the turbo lag in the Cayennes sucks (that is why I opted for the GTS).

Best part is the CLS 63 FTMFW!!!
A stock 335 is no match for a 63 anything, a tuned 335 can hang but only up to 120.
I ran the same day the fastest 335 in the USA ran, freak of a car beat my ET by .1 but I outrapped the 335 by 1.6 mph! My car would have caught and passed the Heavily modded 335. However very few stock AMG cars could beat a modded 335 at a 1/4 mi race, they are truly masterful for 3/4 of the race with a weakness due to small turbo's, once maxed , thats all she's got

You can expect to see a little bit more top end soon with the 335,Shiv made a pass last year and trappped 116 but he never put out the map because the car was running really lean up top,He is working on a new way to get more fueling up top now(alot of things happen in a year)and thinks 430whp is doable on a stock turbo and fueling 335.Thats pretty much max tho with every bolt on you can think of,dps, fmic, full exh, intakes ect. maybe a few lucky cars that might hit 440whp on race gas but those wont be everyday tunes.
He is most likely upping the fuel pressure, something that tuners just started doing to hide from bmws new ecu.
jb3 just put out a massive low/mid torque map if you dont care about your warenty lol,I cant wait to see those dynos
