MB vs BMW
I assume this counts as a Kill story. Was on the way back to the office post lunch, stopped and got some gas and was jumping back on the highway when a red BMW 325 zipped past me as I was getting ready to merge. Thought nothing of it until I went to get over into the passing lane and the BMW cut me off (what seemed to be intentional) and then sped way up and immediately backed it way down. I still didn't think anything of it until I saw the passenger looking out the back window laughing. That's about the point that I got annoyed. I took a quick peek at their trunk to assess the competition and to gauge how fast I want to pull on this fool. It was a 325 with the dual pipes out the driver side (no idea what year, but was the new body style so I'd guess 2007 or newer).
I saw a huge opening in traffic so I waited, did a fly by on the right of him (mainly just to show off the C55 AMG badges, let him hear the exhaust and to make sure he knew what was about to happen) and then slowed down to allow him to make his decision. He chose wrong, he got up next to me and gave me the "whatever" wave and gunned it. All I can say is now I know how my dog feels when that urge hits him to "chase" the car. I reeled him in instantly, paced him while he tried to do something (laughing at the passenger who was looking my way) and then punched it to check his eyesight in reading my AMG badge as it got smaller and smallerand smaller......
Needless to say it was over before it really started so I just let off the gas and allowed him the satisfaction of telling the opposite version of this story on a BMW thread somewhere in cyberspace. I think the best part of the story is all that occurred w/o my car kicking down a gear so it was pretty much effortless.
Now to head off some of the comments/questions:
"yes he was trying, no I was not, I had on my seat belt, I realize that street racing is dangerous, no I'm not drunk, yes I respect BMW's and am sure I'll get my @zz handed to me at some point, no that won't make me cry, no I didn't get much sleep last night, yes I'm annoyed at that dude on American Idol who screams every song but is going to win"...........and the list goes on and on..........

A kill is a kill, but why waste your time on a 325? He's probably got 225hp max and you are putting out double that. It's good to put some of those idiots in their place, but I wouldn't waste my time or gas on them.

All, for the record, that is why I stated at one point that it was pretty much effortless. Kinda like the drunk guy at the bar who gets beer muscles; all the while you are sitting there as a 3rd Degree Blackbelt just waiting for the situation to turn stupid.
Never been dyno'd, but I do have a few mods that hopefully pushes me to the exteme HP rating, over stock, of 361 or at the very least 360.5
You also never know if that 225 hp <insert car here> is heavily modded and that is why they are willing to play.

Nice report mate. Beemer killz are the best. Excellent write-up. I liked the Blackbelt anology (since my wife and I are both old BB's as well). Sounds like you gave the poor dumb lads ample opportunity to back down gracefully. If after that they are too stupid to walk away, I say "Smoke Em".
