We just put new plugs,K&N filter and the Johnson pump ,(Thanks Jimmy)That thing pulled hard and really charged up top. I am not sure if it was the new plugs or the K&N or the johnson i c pump, or what but that thing is pulling. A M G All My God. Coming down I 83 in Baltimore and this Q 45 gets dead on my bumper and starts flashing his light. At that time he and i were probaly thinking the same thing. wishing that benz would get out of the his way. (and getting out his way is what i did) I took the traction control off and put the car in sport mode,and held the gear shift it dropped a couple of gears and i pulled away from this guy so hard. I am sure he is going to take his car somewhere and ask somebody why this big 4 door benz just ran out of his site. Normaly when i am driving and handing some there but,i will wait for him. But this jerk needed a statement made to him. I just ran out his life.I did not see any any more on that 6 mile run where 83 lets off into Baltimore
Racing a 2009 vet(not z06,i am not stupid,but when i get my pulley and ecu tune what the hell) i will race the vett tonight, i have no idea who should win we are doing a 1/4 mile and half mile run.
I know the q45 has only 340 horsepower but he drew first blood

and even if he revved at you, thats like picking on a civic for me.

oh...and K&N filter and plugs wont make more than a 5whp difference at most on your car. the johnson wont make any difference either unless your car already had a faulty/broken one.

Well there are lot of q 45's in Maryland with modifications,As to your coment it is like racing a civic,I have never seen a civic with 340hp out the box like a q-45. My ic pump was bad, As far as I know people do not replace good ones. did a 13.25@ 105 hot day with the old plugs,bad IC pump,and the stock filters car really let up mid way. Perhaps the pump was worst than i thought,that is probaly why the new pump feels so much better. going to the track on wed, will post numbers on thursday.

No more new Q45s being produced. 2006 was the last year. The Q45 had slightly more powerful engine than the M45.

M45 = 325hp 336tq
Q45 = 340hp 333tq

S55 = 493hp 516tq

Don't know if it was Q45 or M45 but none of them can come close to the S55.
