Ferrari 348 vs a gaggle of Vipers...
#26
I don't think I saw anyone close to the line, so I figured this was going to be interesting.
There is a relatively short chute leading to a hairpin (which I thoroughly out braked him into).
This lasted only 2 laps, and his brakes were done.... Splash 5!
I figured his brakes were about done as well,
only to watch him fly straight on. Brakes cooked.
They didn't need to know that I have a pretty well set up Challenge car, with monster brakes,

Are you saying that it was the setup of the cars, and not the driving ability of the OP, that lost the races for the DODGES? Kind of a odd tack, given that they've got on the order of double the horsepower...clearly, it was superior driving that won the day here, not lack of brakes or the Viper drivers "not knowing the line", which unless you can read minds, you would have no possible way of knowing.

1) not adhering to line != not knowing line.
2) assumption that only possible cause of premature brake failure at track is improper set-up. Technique has something to do with it. Things like over-braking, carrying too much speed for the course, yadda yadda ya can all cause premature brake failure....
Technique won this race.
