Fallacy of assumption:

1) not adhering to line != not knowing line.

2) assumption that only possible cause of premature brake failure at track is improper set-up. Technique has something to do with it. Things like over-braking, carrying too much speed for the course, yadda yadda ya can all cause premature brake failure....

Technique won this race.
