2010 E550 COUPE
E550 COUPE VS C6 VETTE

I jus ran into a c6 vette not sure LS2 or LS3 dont even know him, we
Ran at stop light.
I used the brake boost method AND floored it all his car did was spin out of controll!! lol terrible driver he was catching after the end of my 3rd gear around 85 or so then i hit the brakes to keep the win!.

My best ET was 13.0 best trap 108 using brake boost.

I JUST SEEN blackbenz ran his clk550 agaisnt a c6 from a roll i guess his ride is much quicker.

Nah, a blown launch would take a 1/8th mile (80+mph) to catch up so it could have been any of the C6s except a Z.

blackbenz probably raced an A4 LS2 and they are about as quick as a C5 6M. From a roll it's a driver's race vs. an A4 LS2.

how do you brake boost a naturally aspirated car?

brake boost

U hold the brake and the gas pedal at same time then let off brake at 2000rpm= no wheel spin perfect launch. Doesnt make car faster jus helps with 1/4 mile et times and races.

And a C5 6 speed is a very easy kill for me. After 60mph i instantly pull
2-4 CL's depending on race, from a dead stop its harder to pull on a C5.

The C6 race was pure luck, i just got out of the hole better.
C6 LS2 and LS3 are very very fast. on the CORVETTE forums there is kill storys agaisnt many c63's and they beat all of em stock for stock.
Its sad i love the c63 and e63 but the C6 is just faster.

that isn't brake boosting. you can't brake boost a naturally aspirated car because naturally aspirated cars don't technically produce boost. forced induction cars (turbo, supercharger) have boost. brake boosting in a turbo'd car, for example, is when you apply the brake either on a roll or from a dig, and build boost (again, off the line or on a roll) so you already boosting when you get going.

you simply revved it up and launched the car. you weren't creating boost off the line.

don't mean to get technical, but it is important to know the correct terminology.

Isn't the term also allowed to be called 'brake launching?' just curious, for terminology purposes :P

C6 LS2 and LS3 are very very fast.
You'd get an LS2 A4 it sounds like too. They are quite a bit slower than the M6 and A6s.

Most commonly called a "brake torque".
