98 E55 AMG vs CLS 55 AMG
We were sitting around bored wondering what this race would look like... Then we just brought the cars out and did it:

Hey Kustom2k1 you're the reason I'm here!
Sorry no more 135i we got a bunch of GT500's, lots of power with a lot of weight to go along with it. We stopped trying to make the BMW any faster, the track would not allow us to run anymore without a rollbar. So we left it at 11.5, here is that video:

"Russian Potatoes" lol, thanks for the compliment! Next Camera will be even better, I'm gonna steal one off a news truck! (just kidding) I do most of the filming, except when I'm the driver as Was the case with the 135i. 1.54 60 foot on a 245 drag radial with no LSD my proudest achievement, but this is the wrong site for that.

Seemed about right...
The E55 Went 13.1 and the CLS' I've seen at the track range from 13.0 to 12.5 so the race seems to have played out just right.

Except that even with a bad launch, a car that traps 8-10 mph higher should eventually catch up and rocket by the other....tough to tell the distance here, but based upon time (13 seconds or so) by the end that CLS should have been pulling on the E, hard, absent some major mods on the E or something wrong with the CLS.
I've run E55s like that in mine at 80+, and it eats them up, but at the end the E in this video is still pulling. Either that was a CLS500 or something was very wrong with it, or driver kept it in manual mode and totally blew his launch and shifts....

Well, the CLS55 has been tested from 0-150 in under 24 seconds, while the 210 was tested in about 35, and the traps are 8-10 mph apart, so I think that, to put it mildly, I'm on pretty solid ground when I state that the CLS55 will destroy a 210 at triple digits, which is why I said what I said initially: either there's something wrong with the CLS, the 210 is heavily modded, or the driver screwed up mightily. A CLS55 in good condition should've been reeling in a 210 after that distance, bad launch notwithstanding.
