Was on the number 2 lane comin home from werk when I saw what I thought was a jus a plain 745 hauling *** on the onramp. He makes swift lanes changes the number one lane and bones out. So I say to myself...Self...why is he trying to go fast???
So I caught up to him...went to the side and low and behold...V12...
My lucky day so I pass him a lil going bout 85 and jus slowin down to bout 75. We were going bout 75 when I saw his V12 badge. So he goes for it so I jus get behind him and follow cause there was a car in front of me.
Now we are both in the number 1 lane going about 85 and as soon as we pass this truck I see this wide opening in a diagonal direction towards the other side of the freeway. So I let him make the first move, he switches lanes. Then I switched and made sure there wasn't any other cars behind me and I jus went over to the furthest lane ( I went one lane at a time....jus very quickly) and then off I went. Well I jus pressed it down to the point right before the click on the gas pedal. Then the torqued kicked in and off I went.
I could tell the 760 was tryin to do the same thing I was doing but obviously I was faster and I went first. Then I shut down at about 90 and I'm jus cruisin. Then I see an 03-04 black S55. So I pull up next to it and give him a thumbs up. He did the same and I was on my way. I looked back and all you could see is the 760 just trying to get in and out of lanes for a second chance at "THE BEAST"...God I love my car!~!

Let's compare apples to apples here fellas...
Of course a Mercedes-AMG E55 is going to hand it to a much heavier, bigger, and non-///M model BMW flagship automobile. Maybe an S600 vs. a 760Li is a better race...but an E55 AMG vs. a huge luxury sedan such as the 760Li, I don't think its a fair comparison. A better kill story would've been to hear the E55 matched up against an ///M5. Either way, I would hope that a lighter, more nimble, and sport-tuned AMG car would hand it to a luxury cruiser such as the 760.
Its like bragging about how an ///M5 smoked an S600 on the road...of course its going to.

For the S600 vs. 760Li, the results would vary depending on the year of the S600. If the S600 is a 2003+, the results wouldn't be much different if it were an E55 due to the engine. If it were the pre-2003, then the results would be closer.

good kill. i had a chance to test drive my friend E55 last weekend. and WOW. Compared to the CL55, the e55 is much much more lighter. you only pressed the accelerator a little, and the car moved forward like a small car. i was really surprised. I thought the 0-60mph figure is only different like 0.1 sec. But, the exhaust sounds is more quiet and the only thing i hate is the brake. It is kind of funny. But, yeah, i would like to have one too:P.
