WOW wish i had this one on video but i wasnt expecting it to happen.. a kid i go to the gym with is always talking so much sh*t how his CL is so fast and blah blah blah.. so whatever i know the car is quick and all having test drove it before i honestly thought with my upgrades i would give him a pretty good run.. i kept my mouth shut and just forgot about it never asking him to race or anything.. last night as i was driving my girlfriend and her brother home i see this car pulling dangerous moves behind me cutting off every car in its path im like what a ****.. to my surprise red CL type-s it was him! where at a red light and he says to me i know you your from the gym.. i was like yeah.. he says you know this car will eat your car right?.. so this is in front of my girl and she knows about cars and sh*t and my upgrades she was like race him shut his mouth.. so we agree to take it to gerritsen ave..
on the way there there asking me if i think im gonna win? i said it all depends on how he launches since its front wheel drive..
RACE 1 (no passengers in car) i had full tank of gas
so we stage up and my girlfriends brother counts it off 1.2.3. were off he hits it before me peels out like hell and there i am my whole car in front by 40mph my pull slows down a bit as i kick into third im about 60mph and 1 3/4 car in front 75 mph 2 1/4 cars then i hit the brakes.. he says to me i had my traction on lets do it again..
RACE 2
he counts it off he hit it little edge towards him he peels out again not so bad thou by 40mph i have 3/4 car in front 60 mph only a car 1 1/2 70 mph almost 2 cars..
RACE 3
he says to me you got me from off the line lets try a 40mph run..
we hit it at 40 mph almost identical our cars are dead even he pulls a headlight infront v-tec i hate it.. we switch into third i start pulling @65 mph
by 80 i had 3/4 car in front..
very happy with the performance of my car..
i really feel the K&N's did a lot when the ecu was programed for it.. the car is noticably louder now after 2 weeks and it only became louder after it sat for 4 days in a row as i was away and not able to use it.. i guess that resets the comp and makes it notice upgrades?? i really dont know but its deff louder and more punchy..
P.S. can't wait to see him in the gym today

K&N filters with ecu programed to it i dont know but it sure feels more powerful and sounds nice..
i know you cant just start adding hp and tq when you mod and the true way would be to dyno it but to be honest i dont care... its not a race car just a nice car for all seasons and its fun from light to light to stick with cars that are more powerfull then your car when it was stock.. i will take it to the track just out of curiousity..

update saw the kid in the gym today and he was actually a real sport about it.. he said he has taken stock c320's before and when i had beaten him he thought there was something wrong with his car he said he wants to mod his car now LOL..
