Leg Extensions: 4 sets, 12-15 reps
Hack Squats: 7 sets (last set is a triple drop set), 10-12 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets, 10 reps
Barbell Squats: 3 sets, 10 reps
Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
Standing One-Legged Curls: 4 sets, 10-12 reps
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 3 sets, 10-12 reps

Wow, now that it's a horrible choice. Normally Blk/Blk looks great but that's a little much. I'm more intrested in a Nero Quatroportte with Black 547s :v

what do you think of the latest figures for housing NOTKTS? Seems like inventory is up quite a bit, sales have decreased for the first time, but prices are still rising albeit slowly. Is it affecting if you develop, sell, or hold land?

I think the median price for single detached homes has stopped rising, and actually dipped a little the last few months. The market's been NUTS out here for years.
