I just found this one...http://har.com/search/engine/indexde...kButton=Y...on the buybankhomeswebbsite it says the bank is trying to get 114,900 for it but im guessing the bank is trying to get rid of it and is tryingg to get 99,000 for it. I checked the county appraisal district and they value the house at 129,490

Those lots in the neighborhoods are more less something that you buy very cheap and keep them for a while... then 10 years later you sell them for a huge return.
