Help: What are some things I can do to encourage cars to race me?

I saw the perfect race enticer on the back of a Camaro Z28 today. It was one of those Christian fish things with slicks, front and rear spoilers, and a drag parachute coming out the back. Instead of the IXOYE, it said NASCAR (which makes little sense, as NASCAR is not drag racing).
If this doesn't do it, some Pep Boys orange and red flame stick-ons running the length of the car should work.
I think that, with both of these mods, nobody would be able to resist racing you.

Just be really annoying on the roads. Driver's will get pissed, high schoolers will laugh, and eventually, will get their butts kicked...
