Not certain but I believe that all 320's have the same callipers and all 500's are the same. Do not believe that Kelsey Hayes made either.

According to autozone, there are two options.. one with and one without..
and they are a special order item so I want to get the right ones..
also, its a ML350 not a 320 if that makes any difference..

Why not just go to the dealers and get the correct ones. There may be a difference on the 350 vs the 320 but I am not certain. Do you also have the knowledge and tool to measure the callipers to determine if they are within limits??

Autozone brake pads, would not be number one choice of pads to replace mercedes pads with. I would order a set through tirerack at the very least. The people there are at least knowledgable about cars and more importantly YOUR car. While there may be some trained personell at autozone, it has more young teenagers who like cars that want to learn about "stuff" dealing with cars. Meaning they are still learning.

actually.. I have rebuilt my 1987 Porsche 3 times (racing has its drawbacks.. but soon this car will be a hybrid with an LS2 sitting where the inline 4 resides.) My 1995 Z28 a few times (again.. but this time was racing at the drag strip..) My 2002 Z28 has had my wrench on it a bunch of times and to this day has 64K miles and has had to visit the dealer 0 times.. So do I have the know how and the tools? Yes.
I have been to Stuttgart and toured the MB factory. I love the cars and they are just that cars. They are not difficult to work on, just takes the desire to do it. This instance is simple.. I am used to dealing with racing brakes. Brakes with world recognition but in this case we have a brake company that has done some work for a few cars here and there and from what I have found, had done some decent brakes.. but I cannot find where it states how to distinguish them from other brakes.
The good thing about autozone pads? I can replace them daily if I wanted for free considering they have a lifetime warranty. As long as you dont let them get to the metal they will warranty them for you. Good deal.

Ok.. did the job.. got the pads at a local import supplier..
pads for the front cost me $85 for the complete set with sensor..
pads for the rear cost me $45 for the complete rear set with sensor..
I could also get the discs for $110 for the fronts.. but I didnt need them..
Only odd tool was the T40 torx for the fronts..
super simple swap..
total time for all 4 wheels my first time out was 1 hour..
