Overhead comp/domelight Q

How do you remove the overhead dome lihght and computer display unit. I have found the four screws and the two front clips but it will not budge.

There are a bunch of plastic tabs that have to be released. Remove the 2 light covers and bulbs to get them out of the way. Remove the garage door open, and you pry on each end of the housing that you exposed by poppingout the garage door opener. Then there are two big tabs that go straight up. They will need to be pryed with a screwdriver to get them to release, once you release them, it will drop down. Be careful you don't break anything. The tabs look like pyramids and they are at least an inch long.

What year is yours

The pictures came from what year ml?

I have a 98 ml320 and they are different, the 2nd cover the one that covers the sunroof switch doesnt drop down all the wiring like yours ...
