seafoam

have you guys ever used seafoam? i have been using it for 4 years now on every car I own, but recently I decided to do it on the ML. Will this hurt anything? Also I am not too sure on where to put it in, does anyone know any vacuum lines? I dont know this engine too well. here is the link for the SeaFoam website

Used a can in my tank on the way to OK last weekend and noticed a smoother idle. You can use the brake booster line to suck the fluid in if you want to do it that way but be forewarned, serious smoking will occur while doing this.

ok just seafoamed....i used the brake booster, which is kinda a pain to get out, but it comes out. i left the plug in and just tilted the bottle so that it sucked it all up.

wow it is smoking like crazy....also my check engine light is on, im sure it will go away though soon.

I suppose it is a bit late to ask but will this process contaminate the cats?

I used it in the gas tank of my Snowmobile and ATV.....Love the stuff amazing for those applications...I'm going to try it next week in the Gas of the ML320 (I have a rough idle)
