Can't help you, but the fuse box in the passenger footwell area. There are two big plastic screw looking things that you'll need to turn.

Open the hood, on your right side next to the plastic windsheild washer there is that black cover thing open that and you will all the other fuses. And on that cover you will see the diagram with their respective fuses. hope this helps.

thanks alot it was the fuse.. i bought the 65w lights even tho the car uses
55w bulbs... i could always change the bulb ? right? or can i change the fuse would that do anything? also.. i took the old wire from the old fogs and the wire harness that was already there cut and added them together then added the connectors at the end. will this cause a problem or is that ok? i need to wrap the wire in electrical tape but will this cause any hazards?

You could go with a stronger fuse, I would not be that concerned about the wire since I am sure it they did not use a 65w wire for 55w stock bulbs my guess is its a 75w cable, if not then you might want to replace the wires.
