where else other than the dealer can i buy the head unit removal keys?

Metal clothes hanger will do the job as well.

how or what do i do to get it out? using this metal coat hanger method

Cut the hanger.
Bend it.
Insert both pieces into the holes on the side.
Press the hangers outward.
Pull.

i thought only those keys would work. where are these holes located?

I called all my local dealers with no luck. then i went to MB of white plains and i had called them and the guy said hopefully by today he woulda got a shipment. so I went and had a tech pop it out. and i was about to leave but i said lemme give it a try so i went in and got it they had just them so i got them for 7 bucks lol


but when the tech took it out he kinda yanked it and broke some cable now my system doesnt bump. i gotta take a look at that tonight. cant wait to get this ipod going. where should i run the cable to?
