Power steering hose replacement question.

Power steering hose replacement question.
Hello there. I just replaced my power steering pump. (Which I would recommend anyone do by themselves very easy.) and noticed a pin hole leak in the supply line. How difficult is the replacement.
I live in a condo, so repairs are limited to what I can get done in about an hour or two tops.
Thanks,
Steve

This is almost next to impossible without the use of a lift. As you can see one end is connected to the P/S pump and the other end is connected to the back of the rack and pinion.

ok - just completed the repair, and here is what I found out.
1) The top connection is a 17mm connection very easy to remove.
2) the lower connection is a 14mm connection (maybe 15 - can't remember exactly) and is easy to remove IF you jack up the Driver side of the car with a good jack. I have one of the large throw 3 ton jacks that can quickly raise the car in just a few strokes. You do not have a lot of space to turn the nut, but once it breaks, it can be hand loosened. Make sure to have a pan ready for the fluid that drains out.
3) there is a single bracket that is located mid way on hose, and is B*tch to remove, it can be done with a 1/4" socket maybe 13mm socket, I use a swivel head socket wrench (like $12 from advance) and you can get your hand on the bolt and unscrew it, but it takes forever. and there is no straight shot to it easily. BUT with patience it can be done. The refitting is the same pain thank god it was only one bolt.
4) I fished the hose out through the front, but there really isn't any trouble fishing the new line through.
5) then Use the jack to raise front wheels and run the steering wheel end to end for bleeding. there are a few posts on how to do that in this forum.
Overall thought it is not terrible, just the one bolt that is a pain. Even with that, though if you take time - it can be done in about 1.5 hours. the part was $60 ONLINE. so overall it was a reasonable repair. If you need buy the jack for the repair it is worth the investment.
